From 3 years of age, Theo lived and breathed the hospitality industry. Having grown up in his parents chicken shops around Sydney, he recognized that hard work, dedication and excellent customer service pays off in the long run. However, having witnessed his parents exhausted and overworked over the years, Theo was determined to create a business model where you can work hard for a shorter amount of time and still reap the rewards.
Theo opened the first Supreme Gourmet Pizza Bar in Earlwood in 2010, then a second in Enmore 2011. With decades of experience and research in the hospitality industry, Theo created a model that provided him with the work/life balance he wanted from a retail food concept.
